Today a new clone was released of the paparazzi project: It is named: PAPARUZZI It comes with a brand new release which was prepared over the last weeks! Make sure you checkout the README.md for more details. We recommend to everyone to switch to the new project as soon as possible. Paparuzzi is already one release ahead! Tu Delft

Wow nice and congrats!
I really like the new ground breaking features in there. Who would have guessed that cleaning up some code could improve the work flow so well. Also I can finally understand what this text to speech voice is actually saying! Many thanks. |

Hey, nice! By any chance, are you still supporting the AVR 8bits MCU
?

We do not support 8 bit MCU, but we are looking into supporting Windows!! On Fri, Apr 1, 2016 at 5:21 PM, Gautier Hattenberger <[hidden email]> wrote:

hum, so I'm not gonna ask for the Fedora packaging and start reading
Microsoft user agreement instead.

Hi, out of curiosity - what is the difference from the actual paparazzi project? And if there are some cool changes and extra features, why aren't those a part of the official paparazzi repository? I.e. why should we want to switch to it?On Fri, Apr 1, 2016 at 8:29 AM, Gautier Hattenberger <[hidden email]> wrote:

I guess the flappybird module providing detect and avoid with a cheap camera and a raspi0 is a killer feature !
Is there any hope to have a back port to the old pprz in the near future ? _______________________________________________ Paparazzi-devel mailing list [hidden email] https://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/paparazzi-devel |

Interesting! I absolutely like the idea of having at least 12 releases per year: https://github.com/tudelft/paparuzzi/releases This makes releases much more incremental! -Christophe On Fri, Apr 1, 2016 at 5:55 PM, Gerard Toonstra <[hidden email]> wrote:

Bad idea to support windows. Linux is a perfect stable system and it is also a very bad idea to split the project. Please merge the both projects and rename it back!

Dear Martin, Well, pushing would be a perfect solution. Could you handle the merge request? https://github.com/paparazzi/paparazzi/compare/master...tudelft:master Kind regards, Roland Meertens 2016-04-03 15:00 GMT+02:00 martinvk <[hidden email]>: Bad idea to support windows.
